Parkview Services for Seniors is comprised of three Ontario Non-Profit Corporations which each run residential services for the care of its elderly aged members.
Their previous technology environment was implemented as one singular server causing a major single point of failure. Each time this server failed, day to day operations suffered.

The Problem
Outdated and needing an overhaul, the current servers was hosting many services (virtualized) in a single box. When the hardware failed, all services were unavailable as a result.
The Solution
DyNet provided the design and implementation necessary to expand the virtual environment, using a fully redundant High Availability Cluster using two physical servers and external storage. Parkview can now lose a single physical server without experiencing any disruption in business continuity.
The Result
Downtime is now reduced to a minimum, staff confidence has increased as they use the new technology at the centre of their day to day tasks.
